Datowin Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to datowin. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS webapp — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and datowin ("Company", "us", "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and datowin.

2Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the datowin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Residing in a geographic region permitted to use Datowin's services.
• Never been prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Registering personally under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

Datowin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should you fail to provide the required documents within the specified period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any existing balance.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at datowin at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorization.
• Notifying datowin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all accounts. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, and proof of current address. This process is in place to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4Deposits & Payments

Datowin supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in real time or within the specified timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.

Deposit-related terms:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method — check the deposit page for the latest details.
• Datowin does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose separate charges.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred between member accounts.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal sources will be frozen immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

Datowin is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are processed within the specified timeframe based on the chosen method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or payment method that is same as the deposit method you.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Datowin reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through means that breach these terms — including unauthorized bonus use or fraudulent activity — will result in the suspension of the withdrawal request until the investigation is complete.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Datowin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) specified individually for each offer.

General terms applicable to all datowin bonuses:

• Every bonus carries wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered with Datowin.
• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Datowin reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus terms if there is evidence of abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire after the specified validity period.

7Game Rules

All games available on the datowin platform operate using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, datowin will attempt to restore the session or provide appropriate compensation at our discretion.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final subject to the applicable game rules.
• Datowin reserves the right to void any rounds or bets affected by an obvious technical error.

8Prohibited Conduct

Use of the datowin platform is for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Opening or using more than one account (including using another person's name or details).
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game, system, or platform process.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in ways not intended by datowin.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward datowin support staff.

9Account Termination

You may close your Datowin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid remaining balance will be returned to you.

Datowin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of the terms in this document.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You failed to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We have been directed to do so by the relevant authorities.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, a monthly administration fee of RM 10 or the account balance (whichever is lower) may be charged until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10Liability Limits

The datowin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Datowin is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from unfavorable game outcomes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

Datowin's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
